Booking an appointment:
At REHAB HQ we strive to offer treatment to fit around your busy schedule. We offer extended operating hours during the week and on Saturdays. The operating hours of our 3 practices are detailed below:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Monday – Friday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am-5pm
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
A doctor’s referral is only required for patients who are not paying privately for their treatment. A referral is necessary for worker’s compensation, Medicare EPC plan or a CTP insurance claim. You can read more about this in our ‘Payment Options’ section.
How long will the physiotherapist spend with me?
Consultations are generally booked for 30 minutes, however this may be longer depending on your needs. All appointments are one-on-one and our physiotherapists only treat one patient at a time. This means we can offer the best service for each and every client. You will never be stranded on a machine while your therapist leaves to treat other patients or be brushed aside to see a massage therapist or physio aide, all clients receive premium treatment from our physiotherapists.
Do you offer bulk billing?
Absolutely. Bulk-billing is available to patients who are referred through a Medicare EPC referral. We do not make patients pay upfront or pay any gap fees. You can read about this more in the ‘Payment Options’ section.
What do I do if my doctor has referred me through Workers Compensation or CTP?
For insurance claims we require information such as your claim number and case manager before treatment can begin. Please call your preferred REHAB HQ clinic or refer to the ‘Payment Options’ section regarding this.
